HOW DO I BUY PRINTS?
SELECTING PRINTS FOR ORDER
- Please note that cookies need to be enabled on your computer to buy online.
- Go to 'Catalogues' and select an 'Image Catalogue'. Then click on the image you would like to order to view the image along with information and purchase options.
- Choose your mount or print only options and 'Add to cart' as required.
- To view your cart contents at any time, click on the 'View Cart' button at the top right of each page.
- You can return to the buying pages by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button, or by simply closing the cart page.
HOW TO PAY
BY CREDIT & DEBIT CARD
Images can be purchased safely using your credit card or debit card. All online payments are processed using Paypal's secure cart & checkout system. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit/debit card. Simply select the option 'Pay with a credit or debit card" when you enter the Checkout.
BY PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Images can also be purchased using your Paypal account. In this case, you will probably be familiar with Paypal's payment processing system. Follow the instructions on the PayPal cart & checkout pages.
BY CHEQUE
Of course, you can also pay by cheque. To do so, please download our Order Form in Adobe PDF format. Click here for Order Form. Then, simply print out the form, fill it in and post it to us. If you don't already have Adobe Reader, you can easily obtain it free from Adobe by clicking this link Get Acrobat Reader
Postage and packing prices are given for UK only. For Europe and and other countries please select the appropriate 'postage for outside UK' from the menu option provided. Delivery will normally be within 7-10 working days within the UK. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is received.

HOW DO I BUY DIGITAL IMAGES?
Certain photographs can also be purchased as digital images. Payment can be made using credit/debit card, Paypal or cheque. Payment by BACS can also be arranged on request. As for print purchases, you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card. The payment process is very straightforward. Just follow the link on the PayPal checkout page.

TELL ME ABOUT PAYMENT SECURITY?
Online payments are handled by Paypal, one of the world's largest financial institutions with more than 200 million accounts wordlwide. Whether you are entering your credit/debit card details or logging on, Paypal operates protection which verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.
All data being sent to and from their secure servers is protected by an SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Data privacy is of paramount importance to Paypal. Similar to other major online banking companies, your personal information is stored on their servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield data, Paypal does not directly connect it's firewall-protected servers to the internet.
As stated in the 'How secure are my details?' section below, Damian Reid Photography does not have access to any of your credit and debit card details.
HOW SECURE ARE MY DETAILS?
When you enter your personal details at the checkout stage this is done on a secure encrypted Paypal page (also see 'Tell me about payment security?' above for more detailed information), so no third party is able to view your details. You can tell if a page is secure by a small yellow padlock which is usually located near the top of the page on the right-hand side. Payments are processed securely using 168bit SSL technology which offer industry standard encryption. We do not have access to any of your credit and debit card details.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS
We hope you will be delighted with your photographic print(s). If for any reason you are not satisifed with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. The print must have be unused and in the packaging originally supplied with it.
- Please return your unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused condition in the original packaging.
- If your item(s) is faulty, please contact us immediately.
- We shall only refund postage costs if the item(s) being returned is faulty.
- We recommend that you return item(s) using an insured shipping method, preferably by courier. Damian Reid Photography is not responsible for damage that occurs in return transit or for goods that go missing. We will arrange to refund or exchange when we have received the returned goods and they are in resellable condition.
- Refunds will be credited via Paypal to the original source of payment (or by another payment method with agreement). You will receive a notification email of your payment from Paypal.
- If you have returned an item for exchange, the replacement(s) should be despatched within 10 working days.
WILL MY DETAILS BE SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE?
We know how important privacy is to people and we respect that. Unlike many other businesses, we do not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.
All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal. As a result, only the information required to fulfill your order(s) and the communications about such will typically be held by Damian Reid Photography. We will share information with PayPal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing the payments you make to Damian Reid Photography via this website, or for dealing with communications and queries relating to such payments. You can review the PayPal privacy policy at www.paypal.com.
Of course, in circumstances where you voluntarily choose to submit personal information for public viewing on our website, such as a testimonial, it may be published on the internet and may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of the product whereby images are individually prepared for you, delivery will normally be within 7-14 working days within the UK. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is received. Although unusual, if there is any delay, you will be kept informed.
